Respect is the Key
Isn’t it paradoxical when politicians talk about winning wars to promote world peace? Each day it seems that anger, inequality, and oppression have been endlessly growing in our modern world.
We cannot achieve world peace by using guns and bombs. It has been innate to man to protect and expand his territory but have you ever thought that each one of us is an inhabitant of a single earth? Evidently, race, gender, and economic status are few of the ultimate reasons why world peace seems so impossible to attain during this day and age. I believe that peace will continue to be out of our reach if each one of us won’t take even a simple step to bridge the gap between those who have and those who don’t have. I guess now is the time that everyone learns to treat each other with respect, regardless of their background.
